Every box and other item is covered for up to 100€ both on its way to and from our storage facility and also when inside, provided it’s properly and securely packed. For more information, please see our packing guide.
You can increase your coverage per box and other item for an extra charge. We’ll cover up to €200 per box and other item for damage or loss for a fee of €1.45 per box and other item per month. We’ll cover up to €500 for a fee of €4.95 per box and other item per month.
We don’t provide coverage for fragile stuff like glassware or crockery unless they’re packed into our purpose made LOVESPACE crockery boxes and thoroughly bubble-wrapped. We also don’t cover electronic stuff such as TVs and printers.
If you’d like to purchase additional coverage for your stuff you’ll need to apply the same level of coverage to all of your stuff in that order, rather than each box or other item individually.
