Your price is calculated according to how much you’re storing and for how long, so in order to take advantage of the lower rates, you’ll need to commit to a ‘Longer Term Price Plan’ with us. That means that if you tell us you’re storing for 6 months when you first sign up, you’ll need to pay for that many months, even if your plans change later.
If you request for your boxes or other items to be delivered back earlier, then the payment for the remaining months for those boxes and other items will be taken in full at the time you place your delivery order. However, because it’s space you’ve reserved, you can replace the boxes and other items with something else of the same size for no extra storage charge – just the standard delivery charge will apply.
