We want your stuff to be safe. Keeping your boxes sealed is part of that plan.
We’ll only open your box under exceptional circumstances. We’ll do so if we believe that there’s a risk of damage to your stuff, of injury to one of our team, or if we suspect your stuff stored is in breach of our Terms and Conditions. We may also open your box to repack it if there’s excess weight or inappropriate packing, or if you used your own boxes and they come apart on their way to our storage facility. We’ll always tell you if we’ve had to open or repack your boxes for any of these reasons.
