2. We Collect

  • Collections are free on our Monday to Friday Service, where we collect after 07.00 and before 18.00. If you’d like a timed, Saturday or next day service, these cost a bit more.
  • Don’t forget to label your items with your personalised LOVESPACE labels. You can print these from your account online to attach to your boxes. If your item is not boxed, please ensure your label is securely attached, for example using a luggage tag.
  • Sending anything other than boxes? Please give our Customer Experience team a call on 01 481 9333 or email us on ireland@lovespace.com so we make sure appropriate arrangements are made to have them collected.
  • Need items picked up today?  Give us a call on 01 481 9333 and we will try our hardest to arrange a same-day collection for you.
  • To enable us to provide our service across Dublin, we have built up our own fleet of trusted courier partners.
  • Special instructions for finding your property or getting access are really helpful for our drivers and delivery partners, so please give us these when you book online.
  • We’ll send you a confirmation email the day before collection. For most Dublin postcodes, this will include your 2-hour ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) if we can provide one, although this isn’t always possible. Make sure you or someone you trust is at your address for the duration of the full collection window, with your boxes on the ground floor ready to be picked up where possible.
  • You can leave your items with a reception and we’ll pick up. Just make sure that your reception is well informed of what we are collecting and that we will be arriving, and we’ll do the rest.
  • If you need to make any changes, just let us know by 11am the working day before the collection.
  • You can track your items all the way to the warehouse through your online account. You’ll receive a confirmation email when they arrive.
