What happens if I ask for my stuff to be delivered back halfway through a month?

You can ask for your boxes back at any time during the month. If you’re paying-as-you-store, or your pricing plan has ended, we’ll refund you for any complete weeks that you’ve already paid for that you no longer need.

If you signed up to a Longer Term Price Plan for your storage, then you’ll pay the same amount each month until the end of the plan. If you take something out during this period you’ll need to pay for the early return of that box. But don’t worry, if that happens, you can always replace it with another box of the same size to make sure you’re getting the most out of the space you’re paying for.
